There doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to take care of everything you want to get done. You want to get everything crossed off the “to do list” at work and at home. You want to have a great marriage. And, you are trying to raise your kids to be kind, responsible adults. But all of the constant demands on your time and energy are leaving you exhausted and overwhelmed. You may be left feeling depressed, and anxious.

I will provide an accepting, compassionate and safe place for you to be able to express the feelings and thoughts you have been having. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety and/or panic attacks, I will share strategies you can use to help you to to overcome them. We will clarify the issues in your life that are causing you the most stress. We will set goals together, and make sure you are making progress toward those goals. And with your permission, I can coordinate care with your doctor, to ensure that you get the best care possible.
